OBM Sales Consulting was founded by Mauricio Martinez — a sales operator who has spent his career building and running outbound systems across some of the most demanding B2B verticals.

At Paperless Parts, Mo sold quoting and sales software directly to machine shop owners and custom manufacturers across the US — speaking to hundreds of operators about their pipeline challenges, their reliance on inbound RFQs, and what it would take to grow beyond referrals. That experience is the foundation of everything OBM does.

Before that, Mo built outbound infrastructure at Donorbox, a nonprofit fundraising platform — developing prospecting systems, cold outreach sequences, and sales playbooks for a software business operating in a category where trust is everything and the sales cycle is long.

Beyond software, Mo has developed and executed outbound strategies for clients across data analysis consulting, financial services, and AI software — adapting outbound methodology to buyers at different levels of sophistication, deal size, and sales cycle complexity.
